Norwalk Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

A Norwalk resident named Helen Panagiotidis won a whopping sum of $10,000 playing Connecticut Lottery's "10X Cash 16th Edition" game. 

The winning ticket was sold at Hills Confectionery LLC in Norwalk. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $1000 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation, also called the CT Lottery, is the official lottery in Connecticut.
