Pakenham couple is ready to pay their mortgage payments after winning life enhancing lottery prize worth $100K in an instant scratch-its lottery game.

The $5 Treasures of Aztec Instant Scratch-Its ticket was purchased at Rogers Family Lotto, Kiosk 16b, Heritage Springs Shopping Centre, 173-175 McGregor Road, Pakenham. 

The winner talked to the Lott official and confirmed the win.

“We’re so happy!” the winning woman laughed when speaking with an official from The Lott this morning.

“I bought the ticket on behalf of my husband, and we scratched it at home together last Friday.

“He had to read the instructions a couple of times to make sure we’d actually won $100,000!

“We gathered some family members over the weekend and celebrated together. We can’t believe it.

“We’ve already paid off the mortgage with the prize.

“It’s so surreal how life can change instantly with a win like this!”
