Travis Hall, aged 44, can now claim the prestigious title of a lottery millionaire after securing the monumental $5 million top prize from a Monopoly Doubler scratch-off game, purchased at a Stuart Publix.

Opting for the sensible choice, Hall decided to receive his massive windfall as a one-time, lump-sum payment, totaling over $3.9 million.

The ecstatic announcement was made by the Florida Lottery on a Thursday.

For their contribution to this life-changing event, Publix will receive a commendable $10,000 commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
