A lucky Dauphin County guy wins a big jackpot worth of $100,000 recently in Powerball

A Dauphin County retailer sold a Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $100,000 from the Oct. 10 drawing.

The ticket matched four of the five winning numbers, 3-6-11-17-22, as well as the red Powerball 11.

Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have only been worth $50,000.

The ticket was sold at a Walmart located at 200 Kocher Lane, Elizabethville, and will earn a $500 selling bonus.

The winners are not known until the prizes have been claimed and the tickets are validated.

Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.

Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and and contact the lottery office at 800-692-7481 or palottery.com.

More than 28,800 other Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing.
