The Louisiana Lottery has revealed that tickets sold in Louisiana for a Powerball drawing last week have produced $250,000 in winners.

These big wins continue Louisiana's "streak" of lottery luck. While the game's drawing did not produce a big jackpot winner a $250,000 payday.

Lottery players in Louisiana have really been cashing in on the two multi-state lottery games, Powerball and Mega Millions, that are available for play in the state. In fact, just days after a Louisiana convenience store sold a $1,000,000 winner in the Mega Millions game, it was announced the same location had sold yet another big money winner.

Lottery players in Louisiana have claimed big money prizes in two of the last three drawings for Mega Millions and Powerball. Lottery officials announced that a ticket sold for Tuesday's Mega Millions game was worth $30,000 and a ticket sold for Wednesday's Powerball game was worth $100,000 this morning.
