Richard Morton one of the luckiest lottery player substantial win of over $67,000 in the LOTTO 6/49 second prize draw on December 30.

His excitement reached the sky when the moment of realization when he checked his ticket at a store alongside a friend.

The winning lottery ticket was bought at Wallace’s Gift Centre located on Dundas Street in Napanee.

Morton plans to use a portion of the money to upgrade his furniture and purchase a new car, while intending to invest the remainder wisely. 

71-year-old expressed his gratitude and excitement for the unexpected windfall.
