Second Prize Mega Millions Ticket Worth $4 Million Sold in New York

Last week, a second-prize-winning Mega Millions ticket worth $4 million was sold in New York.

The lucky winner purchased a Megaplier ticket for the March 3 drawing, which was held by the New York Lottery.

The winning lottery ticket was bought at Mahavir Convenience located on West Merrick Road in Valley Stream, N.Y.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 8-25-36-39-67, and the Mega Ball was 11.

The winner had five matching numbers on their ticket, which was quadrupled to $4 million due to the Megaplier multiplier for the drawing.

The winner has not yet claimed there prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed.
