The lottery said it was a fantasy 5 ticket and the numbers are from a September 16, 2022 drawing.

The winning numbers are 03-14-15-16-34. If you have this winning ticket you can claim the prize at any district office.

6876 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach is the exact location of the Publix it was sold at. If you purchased a Fantasy 5 ticket from this location or know somebody who has, have them check their tickets!
