One lucky player scooped the R74 million jackpot in South Africa.
The operator of the National Lottery, confirmed that one lucky player scooped the R74 155 812.50 jackpot.
The winner will receive their winnings tax free between 48 to 72 hours after coming forward.
A team of financial advisors and psychologists will be made available to offer the winner advice on a series of portfolio investment opportunities as well as trauma counselling.
Meanwhile, as reported by The South African website, Tuesday’s R108 million PowerBall jackpot was not won. The winner is very excited for the lucky jackpot prize.
The five PowerBall numbers drawn were (in numerical order): 5, 7, 16, 36, 41 and the Powerball number itself was 2.
One player correctly predicted all five numbers, but crucially not the PowerBall number, and won R569 402.90. The next PowerBall draw will take place on Friday, 18 November 2022 with an expected jackpot of R115 million.
