Virginia Lottery Jackpot ticket worth $115K sold in Woodbridge State

George King, a Woodbridge resident hits the grand prize of $115K from Virginia Lottery's cash 5 with EZ match bought in Dale City.

The lucky winner has won the big prize in the month of May.

King has won prizes in the lottery before but last month's grand prize $115K was the biggest prize he won in the lottery. He matched all five numbers for the lottery drawing of may 24 and won the grand prize.

"I told my wife, 'we hit it. We hit the lottery " he told the lottery officials as he redeemed his lottery prize at the Customer Service Center in Woodbridge.

King purchased his lucky winning ticket at Giant Food located at 5469 Mapledale Plaza in Dale City. The winning numbers for the lottery were 03, 13, 14, 16, 31.

King has selected the lottery's Easy Pick program, which allowed the computer to randomly select the numbers on his ticket.

The odds of winning in the Cash 5 with EZ Match is 1 in 749,398.

King said to the officials that his next goal is to big in Mega Millions or Powerball lottery.
