Ohio Lottery officials said one lucky person has won $1,000-a-day-for-life, the top prize for the lottery game Lucky for Life.

The winning numbers on the prize were 19-20-21-22-25, with Lucky Ball 12

The ticket holder chose their own numbers -- matching all five numbers, plus the Lucky Ball to win.

The top prize is an annuity, paid as $365,000 a year for life before taxes. The odds of winning the game’s top prize are 1 in 30.8 million.

The ticket was sold at Compton Point Drive Thru. Compton Point Drive Thru will get a $57,500 sales bonus for selling the winning ticket.
