Winning lottery tickets sold out in Edinburgh, Greenwood recently

Two Johnson County gas stations have sold winning lottery tickets for last Saturday’s estimated $270 million Hoosier Lottery Powerball jackpot drawing.

A winning $100,000 ticket with Power Play was sold at Marathon Express, 2710 State Road 135, Greenwood. Another winning ticket for $50,000 was sold at Thornton #106, 12001 North U.S. Highway 31, Edinburgh, according to a Hoosier Lottery news release.

Winning Powerball numbers for Saturday, Sept. 24 are: 3-9-21-24-29 with the Powerball of 143, the news release says.

The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.

They also said that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
