A winning Lotto $20 scratch-off ticket worth $1 million was sold at Stamford Restaurant.

The winning Scratch-Off ticket was sold at Hugo's Restaurant, located at 161 Stillwater Ave. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket. 

Iris Rodriguez won this huge jackpot playing the 200X 2nd Edition game with a $20 ticket. 

He recently claimed his prize from the lottery headquarters and took home $882,000 after necessary tax reductions.

Rodriguez plans to buy a new car and renovate his house with the winning amount.
