Quick Stop Store Sells $10K Lottery Ticket In Somerset County

A winning Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $10,000 was sold in Somerset County for Friday night’s drawing. 

The winning ticket was sold at Quick Stop Food Stores 378 South Branch Rd. in Hillsborough. The store will receive a bonus of $100 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket. 

In addition, 205 players matched four of the five white balls drawn for Friday’s game, with each ticket winning $500. 20 of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prizes to $1,000, New Jersey Lottery officials said.

Mega Millions is an American multijurisdictional lottery game, it is offered in 45 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Mega Millions is drawn at 11 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday and Friday evenings, including holidays.
