A winning Ohio Lottery's $1,000,000 Cash Blowout ticket worth $20,000 was sold in Warren.

The winning ticket was sold at Giant Eagle on Elm Road. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $200 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket. 

The winner recently claimed his winning amount from the lottery headquarters and took home $14,400 after state and federal taxes. 

The Ohio Lottery is a state lottery run by the Ohio Lottery Commission. Its games consist of scratch tickets; Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 ("numbers games"); Rolling Cash 5, Classic Lotto, Keno, Lucky for Life, Mega Millions, and Powerball.

$1,000,000 Cash Blowout is a $10 ticket with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years.
