Barbara Archer, a Winnipeg resident, has become a millionaire after winning $1 million in the March 18 Lotto 6/49 draw.

The winning number was a perfect match to the Gold Ball draw number, making Archer the lucky winner.

She purchased the winning lottery ticket on March 17 from a 7-Eleven on Corydon Avenue, but she was unaware of her big win until the day after the draw.

Her husband checked the tickets and immediately shared the good news with her via message.
