Massachusetts State lottery winner won $1 million prize twice in his life

Many people dream of winning lottery prize and here a man from Framingham lived the same dream twice. After he won $1 million in 2017, he won another $1 million prize in June 2021 in Massachusetts State lottery. 

On 7 December 2017, Stephen Toto from Framingham won $1 million prize after playing the Massachusetts State lottery's '$4,000,000 payout' game.

The winner chose the cash option of the lottery and received the one time Lump sum amount $650,000 before taxes.

He told the lottery that he was going to buy a nice new car using a part of his winning.

Luckily, on June 21, 2021 Toto won the $1 million prize plying the Massachusetts State lottery's 'The Fastest Road to $1 million' instant ticket game.

The lottery officials said that Toto did not originally intend to purchase the $30 ticket when he stopped at the A-1 Gulf, but at the last moment he decided to purchase and hit $1 million. 

Mr. Toto again decided to chose the one time lump sum payment of $650,000 before taxes.

The lucky ticket was purchased at A-1 Gulf in Framingham, which is located at 483 Concord Street.

The Lucky store will receive $20,000 as a commission for selling the big winning ticket.
