A scratch off lottery player from Charles county scoops a big jackpot recently

In an unexpected turn of luck, a Charles County resident, affectionately known as “Biggie,” struck gold on her first attempt at the Maryland Lottery’s 20X The Cash scratch-off game, bagging a whopping $50,000.

A regular Mega Millions and Powerball player, Biggie’s foray into scratch-offs at a local 7-Eleven in Clinton proved to be a game-changer.

The winning ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven at 10175 Foxrun Drive in Clinton, where Biggie had stopped to pick up some snacks.

There she decided to try her luck with the 20X The Cash game, a decision that would soon prove to be life-altering.

Scratching off the ticket later that day, she uncovered a “50X” symbol over a $1,000 prize, catapulting her winnings to $50,000.
