A lucky Memphis guy wins a big jackpot from a local gas station

One lucky Memphian woke up $500,000 richer Thursday morning. A Tennessee Cash player in Memphis matched all five numbers plus the Cash Ball to win the game’s jackpot of $540,000 in Wednesday night’s drawing, according to the Tennessee Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at Holmes Express Grill & Market at 5982 East Holmes Road. The next Tennessee Cash drawing will be held on Friday.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
