A $5 million jackpot-winning scratch-off ticket was sold in Lancaster County. The ticket was a $50 MONOPOLY own It All scratch-off and was sold at Speedway on Oregon Pike in Leola.
The store will earn a $10,000 bonus for selling the big winning ticket. MONOPOLY Own It All is a $50 game that offers top prizes of $5 million.
