After a tough week of heavy rain and flooding that hit parts of southeast Texas area, a Houston resident had a little bit of sunshine come through by winning a million bucks in a scratch ticket game.

A Houston-area resident won a $1 million prize by winning a Texas Lottery scratch ticket game, the lottery announced on Wednesday.

The winner, who elected to remain anonymous, played a game called Millions Club. The winner bought the ticket at Pick N Pay, located at 221 Uvalde Road in the Cloverleaf area of northeast Houston.

This was the sixth of the 10 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in Millions Club, which offers more than $161 million in total prizes.
