A Massachusetts man  won $1 million lottery prize for the second time

Stephen Toto seems to be the most lucky person from Framingham, won $1 million lottery prize twice in his life, the Massachusetts State lottery officials announced. 

This is like lightning struck twice in his life in the form of million dollars. 

Stephen Toto of Framingham told the Massachusetts State lottery officials that he did not intend to buy a scratch off ticket at the A-1 Gulf store in Framingham, but when he reached the counter he made a decision to buy a $30 "The Fastest Way to $1 Million" ticket. 

His ticket turned out to be the $1 million jackpot prize for the event. 

The Massachusetts man said, a snap decision to purchase a scratch off lottery ticket from a convenience store led him the second time winner of $1 million prize in four years. 

Mr. Toto claimed his first $1 million prize winnings from a $4,000,000 payout scratch off ticket in 2017. Now he is already familiar with the process of claiming a lottery prize.

The lucky winner selected cash option of one time lump sum $650,000 payment before taxes.
