The Power Play prize-winning ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mart in West Babylon, while the $50,000 winner was purchased at Tops Markets in Rochester.
The winning numbers for the drawing were 11-22-24-51-60 and Powerball 18. To win the jackpot, players must match all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number.
Powerball tickets can be purchased for $2 at any New York Lottery retailer, with the deadline for purchasing a ticket being 9:45 p.m. on draw nights. Players are urged to buy tickets early to avoid last-minute lines, and can check their tickets securely on the New York Lottery app.
