Massachusetts State Lottery winner: $100,000 Mass Cash prize won Monday

A winning Massachusetts State Lottery's Mass Cash prize worth $100,000 was sold in Beverly for Monday’s drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at the Cabot Convenience store in Beverly. The store will receive a bonus of $1000 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket.

As with most U.S. lotteries, the Bay State's lottery games require players to be at least 18 years old.

Drawings are broadcast on WBZ-TV (channel 4) the CBS-station in the Boston television market.

Mass Cash drawings occur daily at 9 p.m., and tickets to play are $1. A player must choose five numbers between 1 and 35, and there are three available prizes. If all five numbers match the numbers drawn, the Mass Cash player wins $100,000.
