A regular lottery player since 1972 named Brooks Keebey won Powerball jackpot worth $1 million during the biggest jackpot run in lottery history.

The winning ticket was bought online from the lottery app. The app went and it just started exploding, pretty soon it comes out with a million dollars.

He plans to spend the money on “taking care of business, that’s it,” he said. “I’m not in a big hurry to do anything.” He plans to get his long-term partner Nancy a more accessible car with some trunk space.

Keebey, who retired from truck driving in 2013, is one of two $1 million winners in the state.

Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evening at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time, at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
